Description
The Swartz Creek Community Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of the kitchen at Gaines Elementary School. The renovation work will include architectural demolition, structural, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. The bidding documents consist of plans and specs prepared by French Associates and can be downloaded from Precon Suites. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 8th, 2026, at 2:00PM. Bids must be delivered no later than May 19th, 2026, at 12:00pm. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
