Alumni Hall Lighting

The United States Naval Academy is seeking a vendor to provide three lighting system control panels that meet specific requirements, including multiple 5-pin DMX connections, at least 2 universes of DMX 512, and expandable faders for future adaptability. The vendor will also provide on-site repair services and user training to Alumni Hall staff. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 335139. • The contract requires the vendor to deliver the control panels before the end of August 2026. • The vendor must provide a firm fixed price for the contract. • The vendor must meet all the requirements of the solicitation, including technical and price factors. • The Government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced vendor.
