Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specialty trainings. The selected vendor will provide CBT training services to the County's employees. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The vendor will be required to provide specialized booster training, which includes 1-day/6 hours and 2-days/12 hours training sessions. The vendor must also provide all necessary materials and equipment for the training sessions.
• The training sessions will be held at the DMH-Vermont Corridor Site 1, located at 510 S Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020.
• The vendor must submit invoices electronically to the County's Accounts Payable team via email at [email protected].
• The vendor must ensure that all invoices include the purchase order number, including prefix letters.
• The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon 90 days' written notice.
