Description

The United States Air Force is seeking information on solutions that provide a complete fire station alerting and alarm (FSAA) system that can fully integrate with the Government's existing communications and 911 infrastructure. The system must seamlessly and natively integrate with several existing platforms, including the INDOPACOM IP2LMR trunking system, Motorola MCC7500 dispatch consoles, VESTA 911 system, and Avigilon video hardware/software architecture. The scope of the requirement includes a fire station alerting system, computer-aided dispatch system, video surveillance system, command and control software, and supporting infrastructure. Interested parties are requested to provide a capability statement that specifically and directly addresses the critical integration constraints and requirements. • The system must provide redundant alerting notifications through both IP-based networks and the INDOPACOM IP2LMR trunking system. • The system must integrate directly and natively with the VESTA 911 system. • The system must provide real-time situational display of mobile fire units by pulling location data directly from radios on the Motorola LMR network. • The system must natively integrate with the existing Avigilon video architecture. • The system must include turnkey services, such as installation, systems integration, testing, and development of as-built drawings.

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The estimated budget for this opportunity is between $500,000 and $2 million. This estimate is based on the scope of the requirement, which includes a fire station alerting system, computer-aided dispatch system, video surveillance system, command and control software, and supporting infrastructure. The complexity of the integration requirements and the need for turnkey services also support a higher estimated budget. However, the fact that this is a request for information and not a solicitation for a contract means that the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the final requirements and the number of bidders.
