6515--Notice of Intent to Sole Source - HDNasolaryngoscope - FARGO

The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for the procurement of a PENTAX HDNasolaryngoscope for the Fargo VA Health Care System. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Priced, one-time supply contract with no option year. The vendor will be required to deliver the equipment to the Fargo VA Health Care System within 60 days of the contract award. The equipment must meet the salient characteristics specified in the Statement of Work, including being compatible with the Pentax EPK-i5010 light source/camera.
