BL-0171 - Survey, Preliminary Engineering, and Right-of- Way Services - (RFLOI)

The Town of Mint Hill is seeking a professional consulting firm to provide survey, preliminary engineering, and right‑of‑way services for a new ~12,560‑ft concrete sidewalk corridor. The scope includes topographic and horizontal surveys, design of the sidewalk alignment, drainage and traffic control plans, preparation of construction documents, and ROW/easement negotiations, plus public outreach.
