All parts must be new, unused, and delivered FOB destination within 30 days of purchase‑order issuance, accompanied by a one‑year warranty and full compliance with environmental and safety‑data‑sheet requirements.
• Supply 36 carbide teeth (Part WG005031)
• Supply 36 serrated washers (Part WG199075)
• Supply 36 bolts (Part WG199073) – updated bolt part number per Addendum #02
• Deliver to NH Bureau of Trails, 629B Main St, Lancaster, NH 03584 (FOB destination)
• Provide a minimum one‑year warranty covering parts, labor, shipping, and travel
• Submit safety data sheets for any regulated chemicals and meet state eco‑friendly product standards
• Accept state‑mandated return, repair, and pickup procedures (no restocking or freight charges)
