MERRITT ENGINE OVERHAUL

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is seeking a contractor to perform an in-frame top-end overhaul on two Caterpillar engines, serial numbers 9WR01842 and 9WR01840, for the Dredge Merritt. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, labor, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, and supplies to complete the overhaul. The resulting award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have a current Cage Code. • The contractor must comply with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 requirements. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal that demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements set out in the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must submit a price quote for each line item and a technical proposal via email. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of offers.
