Parking Decals and Permits

Clemson University is seeking bids for Parking Decals and Permits. The university will provide a basic design to be used by the vendor to create a die-cut shape for decals. A hologram foil with custom prismatic security pattern shall be used on the various lots to be produced. The vendor must provide a list of five users for whom they have produced hangtags and decals of similar complexity and quantity. The successful vendor must have an assigned account representative available to assist in coordinating all phases in production and delivery of the materials. Some key points to consider: • The contract will be for a one-year period with no renewal options. • Pricing is also being requested for a three-year contract with no renewal options and a five-year contract option. • Quantities listed are approximate, and Clemson University reserves the right to change quantities. • The successful vendor must provide copies of all contract documents, including software license agreements and professional services agreements. • A sustainable procurement policy has been adopted by Clemson University Procurement Services, and the purchase of environmentally preferable products is preferred whenever they perform satisfactorily and are available at a reasonable price.
