The Federal Judicial Center, through the GPO, is seeking quotes to produce a two‑volume reference manual (3,002 copies of each volume) with high‑quality perfect‑binding, matte coating, and specific paper requirements, plus digital source files and a large mailing component. The contractor must handle printing, proof production, packaging, and distribution of both destination‑based and individually‑shipped sets, and provide all required GPO forms and certifications.
• Print 3,002 copies of Volume 1 (848 pages) and 3,002 copies of Volume 2 (752 pages), 6 × 9 in, perfect‑bound with PUR adhesive and matte cover coating.
• Deliver 1,627 two‑volume sets to three Washington‑DC addresses (FOB Destination) and ship 1,375 sets from the contractor’s city using USPS Library Rate (FOB Contractor).
• Supply digital deliverables (PDF, InDesign files) and two sets of color proofs plus two sets of G7‑profiled ink‑jet proofs; meet GPO Quality Level III standards and complete all mandatory forms.
