Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive housing support services for U.S. personnel in the Poggio Renatico area of Italy, covering transportation, translation, and related non‑personal services.
• Provide taxi/transportation services for personnel and families, 0800‑1700, Monday‑Friday.
• Deliver translation and interpreting services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
• Identify rental quarters, negotiate leases, coordinate utilities, and manage lease terminations.
• Ensure full compliance with the more restrictive of U.S. and Italian regulations, maintain €10 million liability insurance, and submit required quality‑control documentation.
• Perform services for a base year plus two optional 12‑month extensions (up to three years total).
