Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide SPS conveyors in conjunction with SAC procurement for the end items being used (Steris Washers). The objective of this project is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sterile Processing Services (SPS) at the VA of Central Iowa Health Care System. The scope of work includes delivery and installation of the Standard SCS Double Load/Single Unload with Self Docking TC Adapter, system configuration and testing, training, and documentation.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to deliver and install the Standard SCS Double Load/Single Unload with Self Docking TC Adapters.
• The contractor shall configure the system, conduct comprehensive testing, and provide on-site training for designated SPS staff.
• The contractor shall supply training materials and user manuals for future reference.
• The contractor shall provide detailed installation documentation, including wiring diagrams, system configurations, and test results.
