Budget estimate

$250,000 – $400,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes a comprehensive feasibility study, conceptual design, site analysis, and financial analysis. The cost of such a study can range from $200,000 to $500,000, depending on the complexity of the project and the consultant's fees. The budget may also depend on the consultant's experience, reputation, and the level of competition for the project. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the size and complexity of the proposed Aquatic Center, the consultant's level of expertise and experience, and the level of competition for the project. Given these factors, a reasonable estimate for the budget is between $250,000 and $400,000.
