Wequiock Falls Viewing Platform & Stairs

The County of Brown is seeking bids to construct a new viewing platform and accompanying stairs at Wequiock Falls County Park. The project will involve site preparation, concrete and structural work, safety railings, and finishing touches to create a durable, accessible observation structure for public use. • General construction and backfill services required, including grading and rock stabilization. • Installation of a concrete platform, stairway, and safety railings per park specifications. • Compliance with Davis‑Bacon wage rates and provision of a contract agreement as outlined in the bid documents. • All work must be completed within the contract period and adhere to local building codes and environmental standards.
