Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 1,825 square feet of office space in Jackson, Missouri. The space must be located within a half-mile radius of the current location at 113 West Main Street. The lease will be for a 12-month term with four 12-month option years. The space must meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, including accessibility standards under the Architectural Barriers Act. The Government will evaluate offers for technical acceptability, price reasonableness, and best value to the Government.
• The lease will be awarded under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2661 on a firm-fixed-price basis.
• Rent is payable monthly in arrears by electronic funds transfer.
• The space must be ready for immediate occupancy or with minimal build-out acceptable to the Government.
• The space must incorporate standard security measures applicable to federal agencies.
• Offerors must submit a completed Lease Proposal Form, as-built floor plan, proof of ownership or exclusive representation authority, evidence of SAM.gov registration, and any other information required to demonstrate compliance with the attached Lease Template.
