Emergency Home Rehab Project 16046 Allen Road (Furnace)

The City of Taylor is seeking a contractor to replace the furnace and air conditioning unit at 16046 Allen Road. The contractor must provide a new 95% or better Energy Efficient furnace and install it to current code. The existing ductwork must be cleaned and balanced to eliminate cold spots in the house. The contractor must also remove and replace the existing 3 ton Air Conditioning condenser with a new 2 ton unit 13 SEER with matching case coil.
