The City College of San Francisco is forming a five‑year pre‑qualified pool of architectural firms to serve future design‑build, renovation, and new‑construction projects across its campuses. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the June 2 2026 deadline, demonstrating at least five relevant higher‑education projects, California licensure, and compliance with SLBE participation goals. The RFQ does not set a specific fee ceiling; fees will be negotiated per project and are based on hourly rates and a percentage of construction cost.
