The County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Services. The program aims to provide hands-on job training through part-time, subsidized work at community service agencies and government entities for low-income adults aged 55 and older who face barriers to employment. The services are to be provided throughout Los Angeles County, excluding the City of Los Angeles.
