The City of Covington is seeking a qualified cleaning firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for multiple municipal facilities, including City Hall, Court Services Building, Welcome Center, Airport, Police Department, public restrooms, utility center, and two street‑department locations. The contract is for a twelve‑month period with an option to renew for three additional years. Service hours are primarily after normal business hours, with specific daily/weekly schedules per building.
