On Call Janitorial Services

The City of Colorado Springs seeks a qualified vendor to provide on‑call janitorial services across a wide portfolio of municipal facilities, including City Hall, the Administration Building, Municipal Court, police operations centers, substations, an airport hangar, and other sites. Services are to be delivered under a time‑and‑materials “Not‑to‑Exceed” contract with a potential five‑year duration (base year plus up to four optional years).
