Marine Science Laboratory FFU and LAFW HEPA Filter Replacement and Certification Services

Coastal Carolina University seeks a qualified contractor to completely replace, test, and certify the HEPA filtration components (including fan filter units and laminar flow workstations) in its Marine Science Laboratory. The scope demands provision of all labor, materials, equipment, travel, supervision, and related services necessary to accomplish the replacement and deliver certification documentation that verifies compliance with industry standards. This effort is critical to maintaining a contaminant‑free environment for marine research activities. • Remove existing HEPA filter units and associated hardware. • Supply and install new HEPA filters, fan filter units (FFU) and laminar airflow workstations (LAFW). • Perform performance testing and certify the installation to meet applicable HEPA standards. • Provide all labor, travel, supervision, disposal of old components, and required documentation.
