Aircraft Simulators for Training

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), is seeking quotes for the provision of aircraft simulators for training purposes. The contract requires the delivery of four narrow-bodied aircraft training simulators, with two to be delivered to the FLETC Glynco, GA campus and two to the FLETC Artesia, NM campus. The period of performance is 90 to 150 days from the date of award. The contractor must provide a detailed project schedule within five business days of award. The contract also requires the contractor to provide installation and demolition/disposal of legacy simulators. • The contract is a firm-fixed price contract. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and security. • The contractor must provide a statement of compliance with FAR 52.222-50, Combatting Trafficking in Persons. • The contractor must provide enough technical specifications and information for the Government to evaluate the acceptability of the quotation. • The contractor must demonstrate its ability to address potential problems and ensure the successful accomplishment of the work.
