The FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health is seeking a vendor to provide one (1) portable hyperspectral camera system, complete with accessories, software, documentation, a one‑year warranty, and technical support. The system must be stand‑alone, lightweight, and meet specific optical and performance criteria, with delivery required within six weeks of award. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• Spectral range 400‑800 nm, ≥200 bands, ≤7 nm FWHM, 512×512 pixel image resolution, ≥12‑bit spectral resolution.
• Stand‑alone operation with integrated display, rechargeable battery, ≤2 kg weight, and 120 V charging capability.
• Includes full documentation, one‑year warranty, technical support, and delivery to FDA in Silver Spring, MD.
