Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Replacement and Modifications to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

The City of Santa Fe is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional services for the replacement of key Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and to support the SCADA system. The project includes furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and programming expertise necessary for installation, integration, testing, documentation, and training. The goal is to ensure continued reliable operations of BDD's water treatment processes by updating aging control systems with modern, efficient, and fully supported equipment. • The project requires coordination with BDD staff to ensure seamless integration, updated documentation, and training for operators. • The contractor must provide all required control system drawings and schematics, including layout diagrams, wiring details, and network architecture. • The contractor must also provide hardware procurement, installation and wiring, programming and configuration, testing and commissioning, training and handover, and emergency on-call service. • The City reserves the right to accept all or a portion of a potential Offeror's proposal. • The City may request a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) from finalist Offerors.
