Description
The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking vendors to support its Transformation and Application Modernization (CenTAM) program. The program aims to modernize the bureau's applications and systems to support the 2030 Decennial Census and other initiatives. The CenTAM program will be divided into four mission-focused BPAs: Enterprise, Decennial, Geospatial, and Systems & Program Support (SPS). Vendors can submit quotes for one or multiple BPAs. The evaluation process will consist of two phases, with the first phase focusing on demonstrated prior experience and the second phase evaluating technical and management capabilities. Key areas of focus for the program include IT project and program management, architecture and engineering, application development and management, and data science and data management.

• The CenTAM program will have a period of performance of 11 years, including an initial base year and eight option years.
