Parks Buildings Roof Cleaning

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide roof and rainwater conveyance system maintenance at City Park facilities. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining various types of roofs, including metal, thermoplastic, torch down, composite, and clay tile. The contractor will also be required to provide written reports and photographs of the work performed. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in roof maintenance and repair. • The contractor must have strong expertise and knowledge of roof types and materials. • The contractor must have strong written and verbal communication skills. • The contractor must be able to meet deadlines and provide timely service. • The contractor must have experience working with municipal and regulatory entities.
