Description
The Department of Education is seeking a collaborative project with special populations manager and English learner consultant to provide technical assistance, support compliance monitoring and evaluation, and review district reporting. The successful bidder will need to demonstrate knowledge of the legal requirements related to English learner instructional programming, experience providing technical assistance to districts regarding English learner programs, and knowledge and experience establishing English learning programs. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State.
• Mandatory minimum requirements include knowledge of English learner instructional programming and experience providing technical assistance to districts.
• The evaluation process will be based on technical evaluation criteria, including vendor questions, statement of work, project plan, and pricing.
• The State reserves the right to disqualify bidders, cancel the RFP process, and adjust the timing for any section of the solicitation.
