Description
The Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) is seeking a vendor to support three key areas: securing and configuring a project domain, designing and developing a static website, and producing complementary graphic materials. The website should be ADA-compliant, responsive, and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The vendor will also provide hosting configuration, quality assurance testing, and a simple content update mechanism. The contract is expected to start on May 19, 2026, and end on June 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide evidence of completion and adhere to professional and procurement best practices.
• The vendor must include all associated costs in their quote.
• The vendor must provide a quote that includes the requirements listed in Attachment A, Scope of Services.
• The vendor must submit a quote by May 15, 2026, by 3:00pm EDT.
• The vendor must provide a non-exclusive, world-wide royalty-free license to use, copy, and authorize others to use pre-existing material.
