Description
The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, is seeking a contractor to provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot Services to enhance the recruitment efforts of the Peace Corps. The contractor will be responsible for providing a FedRAMP High authorized, commercially available SaaS conversational AI solution that can deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable interactions with the public while integrating seamlessly with existing systems. The solution should facilitate more effective and efficient interactions between potential applicants and recruiters, generate new leads, and decrease the time and effort spent responding to commonly asked questions.
