Artificial Intelligence Agent Testing and Evaluation Platform

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a contractor to provide an enterprise-grade AI Agent Testing and Evaluation solution to support the testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of artificial intelligence-driven agents, including conversational chatbots and virtual assistants. The contractor will be responsible for providing a platform that can test and evaluate AI agents, as well as provide reporting, dashboards, and analytics. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with three optional one-year renewal terms.
