Description
The Red Clay Consolidated School District is soliciting sealed bids for a comprehensive renovation and full roof replacement of Johnson Elementary School in Wilmington, DE. The project covers interior upgrades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, doors, hardware, casework, finishes) and exterior envelope work (roof system, parapet and chimney repairs, structural bracing, masonry repairs). Owner‑furnished items include generators, transfer switches, panelboards, and door hardware; the contractor is responsible for installation and coordination of all trades.
