Public-Private Partnership (P3) Sports Facility

The Palm Beach State College is seeking a public-private partnership for the development of a sports facility on its Lake Worth Campus. The proposed project includes the planning, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a 6,000 to 8,000 seat soccer stadium and related facilities. The project would be privately funded by the proposer, with a current proposed budget of approximately $50 million to $60 million. The stadium would serve as the home stadium for United Soccer League men’s and women’s professional soccer teams and would also be available for future College NJCAA men’s and/or women’s soccer teams.
