Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope and complexity of the project, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $5 million to $15 million. This estimate is based on the fact that the project involves the design and construction of a 1.7-mile mixed-use waterfront trail, including a 0.5-mile overwater promenade, and requires a range of engineering services, including structural design, geotechnical investigations, and construction administration. The budget will likely be influenced by factors such as the complexity of the design, the cost of materials and labor, and the level of competition among bidders.
