Hudson Valley Community College is seeking a vendor to provide an eSentire Managed Detection & Response (MDR) log‑add‑on service. The contractor will ingest, analyze, and alert on approximately 30 GB of log data per day from sources such as Active Directory, Azure AD, VPNs, firewalls, and other network devices. The service must be co‑termed with the existing eSentire contract (June 20 2022 – Nov 9 2022) and then extended through Jan 9 2023, totaling roughly seven months of coverage. Vendors must submit the bid form, a non‑collusive bidding certification, and meet insurance, bonding, and New York prevailing‑wage requirements. No deposit is required, but performance and labor/material bonds may be needed if not waived. The bid deadline is June 15 2022, with the opening at 2:00 PM the same day.
