Thermetrics, LLC is being solicited to provide full‑service Level 2 onsite calibration, preventive maintenance, and certification of thermal manikins used by the Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility in Natick, MA. The contractor must field qualified personnel to calibrate two full‑body manikin systems and one body‑part system annually, issue calibration certificates, and manage any repairs only with prior government approval. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside with up to five years of base and option periods, and requires strict security clearances, CAC credentialing, and compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses on IUID and CUI handling.
