Description
The Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) requires yearly calibration and preventive maintenance services for Thermetrics thermal manikins. The contractor will provide level 2 calibration services, including overall check-up of system functionality, mechanical adjustments, and calibration of various sensors. The contract will be for a base year and four option years, with a period of performance from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. The contractor must provide personnel certified in operating, maintaining, and repairing Thermetrics equipment.
• The contractor will provide a one-year certificate of calibration upon completion of the calibration service.
• The contractor will submit a detailed quote for any repair work discovered during calibration.
• The contractor will invoice the government for the actual cost of parts and components.
• The contractor must comply with all local base/installation security procedures.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for delivered items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more.
