Lompa Ranch North Landscape Maintenance

The City of Carson City is seeking bids for landscape maintenance services at Lompa Ranch North. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with the option for three one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for removing sediment, vegetation, debris, and trash, as well as restoring flowlines to their intended geometric section. The contractor will also be required to perform inspections, weed control, and revegetation. The work will include all phases of landscape maintenance, including excavation, filling, and grading, as well as the installation of plant material and irrigation systems. • The contractor must be a licensed C-10 Nevada Contractor. • The contractor must have a foreman on site who is fluent in English. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on all plant material. • The contractor must provide maintenance instructions for the landscape plantings. • The contractor must provide a uniform stand of grass and maintain the lawn areas until final project acceptance.
