The University of California, Los Angeles is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive waterproofing and refurbishment work on Level 4 of Parking Structure 8. The scope includes removal of the existing membrane, installation of a new waterproofing system, concrete spalling repairs, restriping of parking spaces, and repainting of retaining walls, all on a lump‑sum basis.
