Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking multiple contractors to provide commercial and residential maintenance and repair services for five job categories: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Boiler, and Chiller Systems. The contractors will be responsible for providing all goods and services required by the contract to all Tennessee State Agencies and Authorized Users. The scope of work includes scheduled maintenance, repairs, additions, retrofits, upgrades, and replacements for various systems. Some key responsibilities include responding to service requests, providing estimates and firm quotes, and performing work in accordance with manufacturer's recommended procedures.
Some of the key services that will be required under this contract include:
• Electrical maintenance and repair services for lighting systems, breakers, cables, and electrical transformers
• HVAC maintenance and repair services for air handlers, condenser units, heat pumps, and refrigeration units
• Plumbing maintenance and repair services for grinder pumps, mechanical lines, and underground chilled and hot water lines
• Boiler maintenance and repair services for boiler inspections, pressure gauge replacement, and boiler safety relief valve testing
• Chiller maintenance and repair services for air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, chilled water units, and cooling towers
The contractors will be required to have the necessary expertise, equipment, and personnel to perform the services, and they will be expected to work closely with Authorized User Personnel to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
