Private Provider Services

The City of Naples Airport Authority is seeking qualifications from private providers to perform plan review and inspection services for capital improvement and facility development projects. The selected provider will be contracted on an as-needed basis for a five-year period. The provider must meet the requirements stated in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document, including the ability and qualifications to achieve the defined Scope of Services. • The provider will support projects located on Authority-owned property within the City of Naples' jurisdiction. • The provider must be legally authorized to perform private plan review and inspection services pursuant to Florida Statute §553.791. • The Authority intends to establish one or more contracts on an as-needed basis. • The provider will be required to meet the requirements stated in the RFQ document.
