ADMIN SERVICES FOR CPC AND IS

This solicitation seeks a fixed‑price, competitive‑bid vendor to provide administrative case‑management support for South Carolina’s Medicaid Children’s Personal Care (CPC) and Incontinence Supplies (IS) programs. The contractor will operate within the State’s Phoenix electronic case‑management system, handling provider‑choice forms, physician certifications, authorizations, quarterly participant contacts, re‑evaluations, and all related documentation while complying with HIPAA, security, and conflict‑of‑interest requirements. The work is organized into twelve geographic “lots” covering all SC counties, and the contract runs for an initial one‑year term with four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five‑year duration). • Perform intake, eligibility verification, and ongoing monitoring of CPC and IS participants using the Phoenix system. • Manage provider‑choice processes, physician order verification, authorizations, and quarterly satisfaction calls. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, security assessments (ATTM 03), conflict‑of‑interest, and other state‑mandated policies.
