Gwinnett County seeks a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive occupational health services on an annual contract, including pre‑employment, fitness‑for‑duty, return‑to‑duty, and change‑of‑position medical examinations, as well as 24/7 drug and alcohol testing (urine, breath, and occasional hair follicle) for safety‑sensitive employees. The contractor must operate certified labs, employ a licensed Medical Review Officer, manage random selection procedures, maintain chain‑of‑custody records, and provide secure electronic reporting to the County’s Human Resources department.
