The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide “Parent Advisor Services” to families of children with sensory disabilities enrolled at the South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind. The contractor will deliver home‑based early‑intervention support, develop and update Individual Family Service Plans, conduct assessments, provide training and modeling for families, and attend required regional meetings. Compensation is fixed‑price per service event, with mileage reimbursement and specific fees for no‑show and missed‑appointment scenarios. Vendors must hold a South Carolina vendor number, submit required background, health, and licensing documentation (SLED background check, DSS Form 3072, DHEC TB Form), and carry prescribed insurance. The contract is a five‑year fixed‑price agreement with four optional one‑year renewals, and includes mandatory testing and documentation requirements for all staff.
