Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to purchase and install disposable privacy curtains at six locations in North Carolina. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing curtain infrastructure and installing new infrastructure, including tracks, hooks, rods, and curtains. The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be required to submit a quote that includes pricing for each unit price and extended prices. The Government will evaluate quotes based on price, past performance, and technical factors.
• The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, shipping, and labor required to complete the work.
• The contractor will install all provided tracks, hooks, rods, and curtains at each designated location.
• The contractor will ensure that all curtain tracks, hardware, and related infrastructure are installed in good working order and meet manufacturer and VA performance standards.
• The contractor will provide a complete electronic copy of their quote in PDF form, including responses to provisions that require completion of information, representations, and certifications.
