M00264-26-RFI-001 Marine Corps Information Maneuver School (MCIMS)

The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region – Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking sources for contract support to the Marine Corps Information Maneuver School (MCIMS), Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS), and Marine Corps Training Command (TRNGCMD). The contract will provide instruction in various subjects required to grant Marines the Civil Affairs Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and Influence MOS, as well as to train Marines in Civil Affairs Operations (CAO), Civil-Military Operations (CMO), and information operations planning. • The contract will have a base year with four follow-on option years. • The contractor will be required to provide support in areas such as adult learning theory and methodology, USMC doctrine, policies, and procedures, and the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) and the Joint Planning Process (JPP). • The contractor will also be required to have familiarity with the MarineNet e-learning ecosystem of learning management applications and the tenets of Force Design 2030 (FD2030). • The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 (Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development).
