Description
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking a contractor to provide total maintenance services for its facilities in the Pacific South District, Okinawa, Japan. The contractor will be responsible for providing full operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable codes and standards.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing preventive and corrective maintenance services
• Managing a 24/7 service desk and dispatch system
• Implementing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing subcontractors and teaming partners
The contractor will be evaluated based on its prior experience, past performance, and price proposal. The contract has a base period and option periods, and the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
