Request for Proposal / Towing Services for Forsyth County

Forsyth County is seeking 2-4 contractors to provide towing services for the county. The services shall include light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The contractor must have appropriate credentials, licenses, and/or certifications to provide towing services in the state of North Carolina, and must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State as a business operating in the state. The contractor must also have a minimum of seven years’ experience offering 24/7 vehicle towing services and provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. • Must have a minimum of seven years’ experience offering 24/7 vehicle towing services. • Must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. • Must directly employ all staff, sub-contracting of staff is not permitted. • Must offer services for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. • Must provide 24/7 services, including on holidays, weekends, and inclement weather. • Must be physically located within 25 miles of 3730 N. Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC. • Must comply with Forsyth County’s insurance requirements.
