Description
The Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District (BVT) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide civil engineering and supplemental land surveying services for the Campus Expansion & Utilization Project at 65 Pleasant Street, Upton, MA. The work includes reviewing existing records, conducting a limited supplemental survey, producing a conceptual site layout for a new pre‑engineered storage building, preparing civil/site plans for Town of Upton Planning Board approval, and supporting the site‑plan approval process. The contract will be awarded on a time‑and‑materials basis with a Not‑to‑Exceed ceiling.
• Review existing surveys, campus plans, and utility data; identify supplemental data needs.
• Perform supplemental field survey (topography, boundaries, utilities, drainage) and produce base‑plan drawings.
• Develop conceptual layout for ~3,000 sq ft building, then deliver full civil/site design and permit‑submission package.
• Provide coordination and support for Town of Upton Planning Board site‑plan review, including attendance at meetings and response to comments.
