The Department of Veterans Affairs Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to supply a Getinge 9100‑Series cart washer (model 9125E) and provide a complete turn‑key installation at its Biloxi, MS campus. The scope includes demolition and disposal of the existing washer, delivery of the new equipment, a 480 V/400 V transformer, instrument wash cart, custom trim, forklift mobilization, receive/unload services, final plumbing connections, and overall installation and commissioning. The contractor must ensure full compatibility with the existing Getinge Chemical Dosing Management System and meet all applicable safety, electrical, and infection‑control requirements. • Deliver and install one Getinge 9125E cart washer plus related accessories (transformer, instrument cart, custom trim, forklift, etc.). • Perform demolition, containment, disposal of the old unit and complete commissioning of the new system. • Must be an SDVOSB; price evaluated on a Lowest‑Price‑Technically‑Acceptable basis with a 30‑day delivery window after award. • Site‑visit optional on 2 Sep 2026; questions due 28 Aug 2026; final quote due 9 Sep 2026.
