Description
The Parks department of Escambia County is seeking bids for a new outdoor hockey dasher board system to be installed at Cowley Park. The system should include a 154'x84'x18' radius main rink with UV stabilized poly facing, kick plate, and cap rail. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing and installing the system, including removal of existing dasher boards. The project requires a custom-built Athletica 3” Pro-Series Aluminum outdoor dasher board system. The bid should include all costs, including delivery, mobilization, and removal.
• Main rink size: 154'x84'x18' radius
• Rink material: 3" wide aluminum frame dasher boards
• Facing: 1/2" white UV stabilized poly
• Kick plate: 1/2" x 8" high yellow UV stabilized poly
• Cap rail: 1/2" white UV stabilized high-density polyethylene
• Gates: Two 3'-0" straight access gates and one 10' equipment gate
• Puck control chain link fencing: 4' tall in straights and radius corners, 8' tall in endzones
• Installation: Vendor will furnish an experienced and professional installation crew
